What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or bank account payments via PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from PixelInvaders. You can pay using any major credit card or debit card.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All in-stock orders are typically sent via Swiss Post Economy Mail within 1-3 business days of the order being processed (Saturday, Sunday and postal holidays excluded). Once packages leave PixelInvaders HQ in Bern/Switzerland they usually take 2-18 business days to arrive in your country. However this depends on your country's postal service and customs policies. If you need urgend shipping, drop me an email.
Will I get a tracking number?
You will receive an automated e-mail containing tracking info once your shipping label is created, which will be updated when scanned by the Swiss Post. It may take a couple of days for the tracking information shown online, so please be patient. You may not want to hear it but we really have no control over your order once it leaves here.
